In the order to help you get the parcel with free tax via customs, We will declare it as “GIFT” with lower value. *.Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. But if you contact us withing 24 hours after the payment we will change your request new address . if your package returned for wrong address issue, we will reship the package to your new address after returned arrived to our warehouse. this process take long time. customer is responsible for this condition

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. But if you contact us withing 24 hours after the payment we will cancel your order .

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers can return or change goods within 7 days after receive the package with or without reason before washing or using. Please contact us with your order number we’ll send our return shipping address to return packages

QUALITY PROBLEMS
Wrong product, Wrong picture, Broken products, Bad fade…Please kindly offer us the proof of video or picture. After confirmation, we will be responsible for shipping cost.

OTHER PROBLEM
Product Images Shown in the product page are all Queen standard Size. When you Choose other size like twin or full design will be resized according to size. Any other problem is not our duties. Size, slight color difference, not what i thought…if product are return for those reasons, customer need afford the shipping cost. We added all info in every product description.

Caution: Products should be return complete and sound, in resalable condition. Any used, washes, stained, damaged, wrinkled or soiled products won’t be accepted. we issue refund after product is return to our address . If fault is ours we issue full refund or send the correct product to you .

By the way, some bedding set do not include comforter / filler. It cannot be a quality problem. If product are return for those reasons, customer need afford the shipping cost.
